1. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT consider what you want vs. what you don't want. You need to be able to distinguish the differences.
Instead on focusing on what you donít want, it's important to focus on WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE to experience instead, because your subconscious mind says YES to whatever you focus on, it's important to be positive. If you don't want illness focus on perfect health, if you don't want less of something, focus on abundance, if you donít want to experience stress, focus on experiencing peace,. |

Hello readers!! Such a gloomy day in Southern California today. I don't think we're used to this weather. Where's are sunny 80 degree weather on Christmas Day at!?!
Lot of us (including me) can fall victim to the weather. It took a lot of positive thinking to get out of bed in a good mood. I wanted to stay wrapped up in my blankets :-)
Try this little trick and see how it works for you...
Think of things that make you happy, anything... birth of a child... funny story..funny photo..funny movie. |

Being aware of what we say and do can be difficult for most of us., I'm human..I'm guilty of it. The best thing that we can do to be more aware is to "be aware of wanting to be aware." In oder to make a change , we need to "want to make the change." That is the key first step in being aware. This, however, is the hardest of all actions to do. Our conscious minds do not like change. They like things to remain the same no matter how unhappy we are. Change takes work. |

Just a quick few lines on fitness...
WEdon't need to spend big money on working out. I have spent well over a thousand dollars and DVD's and home equipment. Let alone 10 years of gym memberships and personal training fees! however, P90x2 did arrive in the mail this morning!
Do what you need to do to keep motivated, however don't forget the power of your body. Body weight exercises, one limbed exercises, There is a wealth of effective work outs you can do in a 5x5 space at home. All you need are a few tools, 45 min a day (during your TV time) and motivation. |

Olympians, Blue Angel Pilots, Recreational Sports Athletes, all benefit from Visual Motor Rehearsal.
VMR is using your imagination. Visualizing what you want your outcome to be. Do you want to win or do you want to lose?
The U.S. Navy Blue Angel pilots use "chair flying" or VMR before every practice flight. They rehearse all mannerism and vocal commands from a conference room while closing their eyes. They were pretending to fly before they are in fact in the air flying. This enhances muscle memory and allows for a more comfortable state of realistic training. |

So...I've been thinking lately...yes, I said thinking..and no,my brain doesn't hurt! :-)...
What is our purpose in life? Why are we here? Why do some of us suffer? Why do some of us prosper? Do we attract negative outcomes? Do we attract positive outcomes?
I think that our thoughts do manifest into reality. There have been many times were I've struggled for an excuse to take a sick day from work. And low and behold, something indeeds happens where I have to take a sick day :-)
So let's experiment with something. Let's wake up and be happy that the alarm clock woke us up at the God awful hour of O'Dark 30 in morning. Let's be grateful that we indeed woke up! Let's start thinking about positive things to attract in our lives.

We find ourselves saying " I'll take care of it tommorow!" how often does
"tommorow" end up being weeks or months? A successful person takes action today instead of waiting for tommorow. Pay those bills, wash tbose dishes, call that friend you haven't talked to in awhile. It will make you feel better knowing you took action today!!
